There are many different ways to let commercial property, so depending on individual needs, we will advertise and view your property, organise lease agreements, tenants and deposits.

Student Accommodation Management
    Student Accommodation

As a management company we will liaise with the university to get your property on their accommodation list. We will also advise you on any jobs or upgrades needed. We will view the property, take retainers and sort out the agreements.
The fee for this option is a commission of 12% of the rental income.

Multiple Occupancy Property Management
    Multiple Occupation

Shared houses or bedsits will be looked after in the same way as student accommodation.
The fees will be the same as for the student accommodation with multiple properties and portfolios discounted.
